Ready to work smarter, not harder? This workshop is your first step into the world of Structural Myofascial Therapy®—a powerful approach to treating the body’s fascia with intention and skill. Through a unique blend of hands-on technique, Postural Somatic Awareness, and practical anatomy, you’ll gain tools you can start using right away with your clients.
Taught by BetsyAnn Baron, this workshop offers a grounded, experiential introduction to the SMFT method she’s known for.
What to expect:
You’ll explore how fascia really works (based on the latest research), learn effective techniques that hydrate the fascia, creating increased mobility, and discover how to assess posture and movement in a way that actually makes sense. We’ll move, we’ll feel, we’ll practice—and we’ll wrap up with a full session demo, followed by open Q&A to make sure you leave confident and inspired.
