Grazia will show you a way to prepare a no-knead dough very easy to make in a home kitchen As a “give away” you will receive our Grannie to take it home and start your sourdough journey. During the class, we will take a look at the specification of flours and different grain performances.What you will learn:
Preparing dough for bulk fermentation with the sourdough culture already mature.
How to take care of your sourdough for weekly feed.
How to store your sourdough. What If I am traveling? Do I need a sourdough sitter?
The stretch & fold technique. How to develop more elasticity and gluten in the dough.
Pre-shaping and final shaping of the dough.
Baking technique in a home oven.
During the class, we will provide a buffet with Italian cheeses, crudités and fresh veggies.
