The course day is a fun but full day that flies by and is completely hands on, With Coffee & Sourdough Muffins and a beautiful lunch accompanied by of course Fresh Sourdough Bread.
Students will have the option of making Organic White or Organic White with a blend of Organic Whole-wheat or Organic Rye.
Come along and take part or gift a place as a birthday present or early Christmas surprise.
This is the perfect class for, complete never baked bread before beginners through to those that have baked a few loaves of sourdough , but what to get more consistent results and better , deeper understanding of the principles and the process.

The day will cover everything needed to ensure you leave with the confidence, skills and knowledge to achieve consistent
Students will receive a comprehensive course pack , containing much more detail than is covered during the day, which will help take them forward and give them an ongoing framework for advancing their understanding, act as a guide to diagnosing arrears that may be causing issues and provide them with information to fall back on that underpins the days class.
We look forward to having you join us for a day of baking.
Students will also leave will freshly baked Sourdough, Dough they have made to bake at home and some Sourdough Starter for their journey onwards. They will be given the knowledge to birth their own starter.
Course will cover, Tools/Utensils, Bakers Math, Flours, Starters, Mixing, Folding, Proofing, Shaping & Baking.
