Join us for a sourdough workshop with Joyce Macpherson!Sunday January 25th 10am- 2pm
Learn to make delicious bread with flour, water, salt and sour dough starter.
All materials needed will be supplied. You will make a loaf which you will take home and bake in your own oven the following day ( sourdough needs to ferment in the fridge overnight.)
You also will receive a kit to take home which included the following:
2 banneton baskets (round and oval), lame, bench scraper, doughwisk, tea towel and a Weck jar for your starter.
During the class we will prepare dough which you will bake at home the next day.
We will also bake bread prepared the day before to eat with a delicious soup.
