Join me for a nourishing day of exploration into the world of Sound Healing. This gentle, immersive workshop offers a wonderful introduction for anyone curious about the healing power of sound and vibration.
With over 20 years of experience working with sound as a therapeutic and spiritual practice, I will guide you through the foundations of sound healing in a safe, supportive, and heart-centred way.
Throughout the day you will:
🎶 Gain insight into the history and evolution of sound healing. How it has been used across cultures and traditions.
🌊 Discover how sound affects the physical body, the energy system, and the nervous system.
🌀 Experience the soothing and balancing effects of sound in practice.
Explore and try different instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drums, chimes, and more.
💫 Take part in guided sound meditations to deeply relax and restore.
