Are you curious about the power of sound and vibration for relaxation, balance, and wellbeing? Join me for a hands-on, immersive day of sound healing, perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to explore this beautiful practice.In a small group you will:
✨ Learn about vibrational healing and how sound affects the body, mind, and energy field.
✨ Discover different sound healing instruments and simple ways to play them.
✨ Learn about the different types of bowls, how to choose them and how to play them.
✨ Enjoy guided practice with Tibetan singing bowls and Koshi wind chimes.
✨ Develop the skills to facilitate sound baths, or simply play confidently at home for your own enjoyment.
By the end of the day, you’ll feel confident in handling sound healing equipment and even in conducting a simple session.
A supportive, relaxing and uplifting environment – no prior experience is needed. Refreshments provided throughout the day, please bring a packed lunch.
The exchange for this event is £99 which includes a manual and certificate. All instruments provided for you to practice with. I am a qualified sound healer running regular sound baths in Hampshire.
