Join us for a restorative retreat at the Roundhouse in Stoke Albany that weaves together the grounding calm of silence with the transformative energy of sound. This is a space to pause, to listen, and to find your resonance.What the day includes:
*Opening Circle & Intention Setting
*Cacao
*Immersive gong bath
*Therapeutic art creation
*Gentle Qigong movement w/ Caroline Beynon of See be Wellbeing
*Conscious Connected Breathwork w/ Ali from Wildflowers Healing
*Crystal bowl only session
Scheduled offerings from 9:45am to 5pm. There is the option for you to enjoy the grounds of The Roundhouse for an extra hour until 6pm on your own.
*Lunch: Main item provided, please consider bringing a side dish or dessert to share.
While the main focus of the day will be silence, we want to encourage inward reflection and still offer community support when needed.
During lunch, guests will have the option to remain in silence or verbally interact with other guests.
Our closing session will allow for reflection as you choose.
