About the Class:
- Duration: This introductory class runs for approximately 3 hours.
- Facilities: Our venue is equipped with Wi-Fi, restrooms, and a convenient space to step out for calls if needed. Please note that the building tends to be chilly, so dress accordingly.
Meet Your Instructor:
Gretchen Kornutik is PWC 2024 Small Business Leader of the Year in Jacksonville FL, owns and manages short term rentals, is a licensed real estate broker. She is also an educator certified through Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC). Gretchen has taught classes to industry professionals including National Property Manager Association Convention and multiple brokerages. She enjoys bridging the gap between real estate agents and investment owners. Other than this initial class, Gretchen also teaches CE Classes for real estate professionals licensed through GREC as well additional classes with focus in mulitple areas while bringing in partners in multiple areas of specialty to provide a solid plan for investors.
