Introduction to Reiki with Rosalind Shapiro

Reiki is a safe and effective form of healing that has been used for over a hundred years to reduce stress, heal the body and bring relaxation, clarity and stillness to the mind. It is simple to learn and open to anyone who wishes to connect with the power of healing.

During this introductory workshop you will learn:

- What Reiki is and what it can do for you

- How to channel Reiki through the hands for yourself and others

- The original energy exercise that will enable you to keep strengthening and building your connection to Reiki

You will also receive a special attunement to establish your connection to Reiki and enable you to channel it for the rest of your life.

Please note - this workshop is suitable for beginners but they must be 18+
