- Understand the history of reflexology
- Understand the benefits of reflexology
- Understand basic reflexology techniques
- Provide a short reflexology treatment
This course is open to everyone with an interest in reflexology. Following this course you will be able to provide a basic reflexology routine on friends and family. This day is also suitable for non-therapists and therapists who wish to experience reflexology whilst deciding whether this is a career they wish to pursue.
