About this Event
This is an Introduction to Pruning Fruit Trees led by Cyfoeth y Coed's very own Anna Williams.
We'll cover the basics of pruning fruit trees so you'll feel confident about keeping your tree(s) in shape.
About the teacher: Anna Williams is the Project Manager for Cyfoeth Y Coed. She took The Orchard Project's Certificate in Community Orcharding in 2021 to '22. This was a transformative experience and the start of a growing interest in fruit trees. Anna belives that everyone can grow their own fruit and enjoys sharing what she's learnt.
Visiting the National Waterfront Musuem
By bus: the EC is a 15 minute walk from the Quadrant Bus Station.
By bike: bikes can be locked at the National Waterfront Museum
Parking: are several options for cars.
- Several spaces for free 3-hour short stay street parking directly outside the Centre building.
- Plenty of free 1-3 hours bays on neighbouring streets.
- There is a pay and display carpark on East Burrows Road at the end of Somerset Place (next to the Dylan Thomas Centre).
