Introduction To Printmaking
Sunday September 28, 10 AM - 3 PM, $122

In this one-day workshop, intended for the beginner to novice, we will sample a variety of printmaking techniques: monotype, monoprint and drypoint using a plexiglass plate. We will go through the full process from mapping out a design, preparing the plate, then printing on the press. We will discuss composition, layering, and different ways to work with your finished prints. The day will also cover printmaking safety and orientation of our printmaking studio space. All materials included. Please bring an apron. This workshop is a prerequisite for those wishing to join our open studio printmaking group.
