Shalini Thyagaraja is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years of leadership experience, currently working in one of the world's leading technology companies. She is passionate about community teaching and is a certified trauma-informed yoga and meditation instructor, Reiki healer, and IIN health coach. She has coached over 100 individuals in yoga, pranayama, career development, and holistic wellness, while also raising over $1,000 for local nonprofits. Shalini envisions empowering individuals to connect with their inner compass and deepen their mind-body connections. Her podcast aims to share knowledge of holistic wellness and self-care by featuring experiences from practitioners around the globe alongside her own journey.
