This course is designed to give beginners a rounded experience of pottery and the several techniques we use to create ceramic pieces. Over 4 weeks you will learn how to make a set of tiles, coil built bowls, pinch pots, lidded boxes or vases and mugs using various resources and equipment available to you. Week 4 will be a glazing week and you will be introduced to many glazing types and styles.
* Should this course be postponed due to Covid19 it will be rescheduled and we will run it on an alternative start date.
* The Paxton Centre is Covid Secure with fresh air flow and ventilation, several sanitizing stations, social distancing measures in place and regular cleaning routines.

The course fee is £120 for 10 hrs qualified tuition with all materials and firing included. You can secure your place with a non returnable £30 deposit then the remaining £90 is payable on week 1.
