Saturday 25th October only as part of the Franklin Arts Trail: Invent a haiku, poem or drawing, relating to waterbodies (rivers/streams/estuaries the sea).
We’ll be drawing and carving out directly onto small plaster tiles. Clay is rolled on top of the plaster tile, picking up details for an embossed/debossed effect. Pre-carved tiles will be available for those wanting to try clay embossing.
*A small koha to the artist if you want your embossed clay tile kiln fired
