Join experienced Pilates instructor Fiona as she introduces you to the popular mind-body exercise that is designed to increase muscle strength, build flexibility plus improve posture and balance. Whether you are a beginner or have tried other practices such as Yoga, this session is for all levels as exercises will be modified to fit you. Come along and learn the basics in a fun and social setting.
Attendees must wear comfortable clothing, bring a Yoga mat or a beach towel plus a water bottle.
