James also teaches our Bread and Advanced Bread course and is excited to share his love and knowledge for Patisserie with you on this full day course.You will learn the foundations of classic French Patisserie, with a combinations of demonstrations and hands tasks the day will be filled with learning and also trying your delicious bakes! You will create a selection of the following and get to take it all home to enjoy! The course is perfect for beginners and improvers and will run at a relaxing pace for you to enjoy and ask questions along the way. Lunch is included.
