About this Event
There is a quality of aliveness most people sense is available and have never quite found.
Orgasmic Meditation (OM) is a research-backed attention training practice that shows us whats possible when attention meets arousal with no goal. Developed over two decades and supported by nine peer-reviewed scientific studies, OM trains the capacity for genuine presence, deeper connection, and the kind of intimacy that's only possible when sensation, not outcome, becomes our guide . About the Practice
OM is a 15-minute partnered practice conducted within a precise structure made up of clear agreements, defined start and end times, and specific positioning that signals safety to the nervous system. Within that container, something shifts: the body softens, defenses drop, and what's been tightly held becomes available for expression. When practiced consistently, people become more honest, more regulated, less performative. The structure gives the nervous system enough safety to relax. And when it does, power can finally flow.
Practitioners report enhanced emotional regulation, decreased anxiety, increased closeness, and access to flow states. Clinical research has demonstrated OM can be safely taught to individuals with PTSD. Read more about the practice .
About This Class
A full, fun day at the OneTaste Center in New York. The class moves through the philosophy of the practice, a live demonstration by experienced teachers, and an introductory step-by-step walkthrough of the technique. There's real conversation, plenty of Q&A, and more than a few moments that make you wonder why nobody taught you this sooner.
- All registrants receive an introductory call to answer questions before the event
- Participants observe a live demonstration but do not practice during the class
- Open to singles and couples; no prior experience required
- After this course, participants can continue their learning with weekly OM Studio sessions on Eros Platform — available with a premium membership.
