Join us at Alpkit Keswick on July 15th for an introduction to open water swimming, led by Ali from Always Swimming Wild.Fancy taking your first dip into open water? Then try it with Ali from Always Swimming Wild. She will take you to Derwentwater, just a 10-minute walk from Alpkit Keswick, where you'll dip your toes (and hopefully the rest of you!) in the lake. Ali will lead you on a head-up swim at a gentle pace and take you through the how, where and what of open water swimming.

Warm clothes for afterwards, even on a warm day!
A flask of something warm
Prescription goggles and a swim hat (optional but you are more than welcome to bring them)
Neoprene socks and gloves will be provided
Hot drinks and pastries will be provided at Alpkit afterwards
The session will start at 8:00am and last approx. 2 hours
Tickets cost £20 with 10 spaces available
