This Course is designed to teach oil painting for both beginners and the more experienced. It is set over a series of five weeks, giving the basics in the first session and then progressing through various techniques and use of the medium.
Students are asked to follow a series of experimental oil paintings, from studies to eventually making a final oil painting.
The course will be a mixture of demonstrations, reviews and discussion, with the focus on individual learning and progress.
The course is taught by Garry Pereira, who has for the past twenty five years worked in Oils and exhibits Worldwide.
Some materials and basics will be provided but it is advised that students bring in their own oil paints and brushes.
