In these fantastically creative sessions, what you produce is secondary to the process of spending mindful time making alongside your fellow crafters.Now accepting new students, this course is suitable for anyone interested in trying out this low-pressure form of crafting for the first time.
The course structure is unashamedly loose - there will always be a small suggested project available to follow, or participants are always encouraged to go with their ideas, head off on tangents and work on something that takes their fancy in any given session.
Textiles, thread and stitch often feature in our projects, ranging from very simple, beginner friendly stitching, right through to intricate textile art or more classic hand embroidery, but we also include papercrafts, wirework, collage, unusual materials, yarns & fibres, beadwork, even small scale weaving.
