Stillness in a Busy World: Introduction to Meditation with Bhante Sujatha
Meditation is the gentle art of turning inward. In daily life, our minds are often scattered by thoughts, worries, and distractions. Through meditation, we learn to return to the present moment with awareness and kindness. By observing the breath, the body, and the mind, we gradually calm inner turbulence and discover a peaceful clarity within.
With regular practice, meditation nurtures mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom guiding us toward a balanced and joyful life.
This workshop is specially created for those who wish to learn meditation from the very foundation. Even those with previous meditation experience are welcome to deepen their practice, ask questions, and connect with like-minded companions on the same journey.
