Meditation is good for your health and well-being, and so you may have tried meditating at home. But it’s difficult to maintain a meditation practice on your own. We offer an in- person course led by Ordained Buddhists who are experienced meditators.
In this course you will learn two traditional forms of meditation, with guidance on posture. After each meditation you can ask questions and discuss your experience.
The course will be held at our Centre in Newtown over four Tuesday nights.
