About this Event
All children should have the tools to combat stress and life's inherent challenges. This session is an introduction to teaching your kids how to foster more calmness in themselves. We will go over basic meditation, breathing and awareness exercises.
The benefits include: less stress/anxiety, improved focus, better self- regulation skills, healthy self-esteem and much more.
This session will be light and rooted in the beautiful natural surroundings of Lincoln Park.
Where: Lincoln Park. We will meet near the north end playground. Then walk just a couple minutes to a quieter location near the fields.
Ages: 8-13 years
