Do you know what a lucid dream is? It's a dream where the dreamer knows they're dreaming, usually triggered by an 'aha' moment: 'This is a dream!' Come join me for an informative workshop where I will teach you the benefits of lucid dreaming, techniques to remember your dreams and techniques to get lucid (to trigger those 'aha' moments from within the dream). You will learn how to use lucid dreaming to program your mind to overcome obstacles and achieve goals in waking life and how to use lucid dreaming to support physical, emotional and psychological healing -- or simply to have fun!

2.45pm Keeping a dream journal. Identifying your dream signs.

3.15pm Planning your night: writing your Sankalpa.
3.45pm Reality checks: prepare during the day to become lucid at night.
4.00pm Night-time techniques to become lucid. Affirmations. Using your
dream signs as triggers for lucidity.
4.15pm Walking the night. Kinesthetic learning to help cement the concepts learnt
4.45pm Ending with a visual PowerPoint presentation: bringing it all together.
Workshop booklet and refreshments included in price. You will also get a dream journal and pen, so you can start recording your dreams right away!
