About Cynthia Castaldo‑Walsh
(Spiritual Name: Savitri Ved Kaur) is a devoted yoga teacher & space holder who brings warmth, grounded experience, & a deep commitment to accessible spiritual practice. She holds a 200-hour trauma-informed Kundalini Yoga teacher certification & is currently completing her Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training through the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI). Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening an existing practice, Cynthia offers a welcoming space to reconnect with your body, breath, & inner wisdom. Her classes invite students to awaken energy, expand consciousness, & cultivate intuition through breathwork, movement, mantra, & meditation.
