These kayaking lessons introduce the novice to paddling in enclosed, shelter, and calm conditions. Skills covered include an overview of forward, turning & bracing strokes, and an introduction to assisted rescues and wet exits.East Coast Outfitters is your best choice for Paddle Canada courses in Nova Scotia. Not only does the location provide calm bays and inlets perfect for on-water instruction, but we also have a full facility (change rooms, washrooms, small kitchen shed, boathouse, wharf) that allows participants to prepare and be comfortable for and during the course.
COST: $175 plus HST

INCLUDES: kayak, gear, instructor, and a certification fee

Participants assessed for Paddle Canada Basic Kayaking certification.
