Initial ACTIONABLE STEPS to move forward. Promotes atmosphere of ask and answer on topics including, How to purchase, things to identify, should you long term, mid term, short term rental or flip. List of things to consider and think about including identifying your skill set and when you may want to engage a professional. The bigger question- is the professional that you are working with the right professional. This initial class is approx 3 hours. Building tends to be chilly and has wifi, bathrooms and a place to easily step out if you need to take calls etc..

Gretchen Kornutik is PWC 2024 Small Business Leader of the Year in Jacksonville FL, owns and manages short term rentals, is a licensed real estate broker. She is also an educator certified through Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC). Gretchen has taught classes to industry professionals including National Property Manager Association Convention and multiple brokerages. She enjoys bridging the gap between real estate agents and investment owners. Other than this initial class, Gretchen also teaches CE Classes for real estate professionals licensed through GREC as well additional classes with focus in mulitple areas while bringing in partners in multiple areas of specialty to provide a solid plan for investors. Services include: mentorship, management and referral partnerships withing the industry.
