This seminar provides you with a fundamental understanding of intellectual property (IP), exploring its diverse forms and its importance in safeguarding a business.
You will learn to differentiate between the primary types of intellectual property, including copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and industrial designs. This knowledge will enable you to identify your company's potential intellectual property and gain insights into initial protection methods and necessary actions.

👉 The seminar is carried out by Marius Kuningas, who is an Intellectual Property Advisor at the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency, with 25 years of experience in intellectual property and technology transfer. He's also Estonia's sole Certified Patent Valuation Analyst.
Before his current role, Marius served as a technology transfer coordinator at TalTech, directed the Patent Information Centre, and led export services at the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He's lectured extensively at universities, including TalTech and the University of Tartu, and has advised over 1,000 Estonian companies.
