Inner child healing for me has been the most profound and life changing thing I have ever done for myself. Sometimes your inner child is crying and jumping down for your attention and we use every method possible to ignore them. until we get to the point where life gets unbearable physically and mentally, and we have to stop.
But, what if there was another way and we stopped getting to that point? That we start seeing the signs and listen to what our inner child needs, and become our parent and our own best friend.
