About the Instructor:
Danielle Medina is the Founder & CEO of Fit N Play Mama LLC. With a degree in Food Science & Nutrition and over 20 years as a wellness educator, Danielle creates programs that blend plant-based cooking, fitness, and mindfulness. She leads the Healthy Living Starts Here™ video project with Columbia University Medical Center and is passionate about using food as medicine to bring health, joy, and hope to families.
