A 2 week course starting on Tuesday 9 September delivered by Lancashire Adult Learning.This course is designed to show simple exercises that can be done at home to develop learnerโs knowledge and understanding of the components of fitness alongside the benefits to overall health and wellbeing. It is suitable for those who are new to exercise and wish to gain an insight into how physical activity can impact their lives positively during this time. The overall intention of this course is to improve physical health and wellbeing.
This course involves full body exercise, and learners need to be able to stand for the course content.
This event is free to all adults over 19.
