FREE course for people aged 19 and over, run by Kent Adult Education at the Blackthorn Trust site in Barming.Learn about the different aspects of nutrition and lifestyle that come together to create a healthy diet. This course looks at how we define a healthy diet and why we want to aspire to be healthy. You will look at the eat well plate, vitamins and minerals, meal planning, portions sizes and calories.
There will be a one hour lunch break, attendees are welcome to purchase food from Blackthorn's onsite café or bring lunch with them.
