Social distancing, fear of contact and isolation of body, mind and spirit have potential to damage how we relate to ourselves, each other and the world at large. Come join Darren to explore the enjoyment of movement in a safe studio space. An expressive creative art based on the ancient ideas of the space harmony, developed in the 20th century by Rudolf von Laban and his disciples, Harmonic Interactive Healing combines several disciplines to offer post pandemic healing. Exercises and explorations are inspired by crystal shapes, spatial scaffolding and awareness of inner intentions that generate dynamic movement. At LotusReiki studio you are invited to experience ancient harmonic principles as a group together and support each other in the healing process for today.

Participants may interpret the instructions to their own level of flexibility and intensity: there are always options and choices to move more gently, within the controlled conditions, so that the experience is inclusive and safe.

Master of Arts (with distinction) from Cambridge University & Trinity Laban (London), Trustee of Laban Guild International and specialist in ancient dance practice. Darren spent all his life working internationally as a performer, choreographer, movement director and teacher, and became based in Bangkok following the first outbreak of the pandemic.
