Introduction to Foraging - London

Change the way you see nature on this unique walk with proffesional forager Max Martin (aka @mindinnature on instagram).

The afternoon will start with an introduction at the at the entrance to this beautiful park, before heading off on a guided walk through the woodland and meadows in search of wild seasonal foods.

You will have the opportunity to try many plants if you want, as well as hear about ways to gather, process, cook or use them. Along the way you will also learn about safe and sustainable foraging, including how to identify some of the most common poisonous plants. There will be lots of opportunity to take photos/notes if you like, and to ask questions. Foraging is a wonderful way to connect with nature and your senses. The most exciting thing is how learning about foraging changes the way you see nature.
