This is a two day workshop, offered over one full weekend (Saturday and Sunday). The course is packed with the information to get you started with foot reflexology techniques.
Reflexology at this level is primarily used as a natural therapy to promote relaxation.
This course is intended for treatment of yourself, family and friends. To practice on the public or before you can call yourself a professional Reflexologist you must have a full qualification.
This course is the starting point for studying a full Diploma in Reflexology. You may therefore do this as a stand alone course, or enrol to study further to become a fully qualified reflexologist.
