As a way of honoring the people's busy schedules our 2024 class format has changed and we are now allowing people to take the classes on an individual basis rather than in a series. This class is for people new to Equine Massage. For those who have been attending classes more regularly since the spring please register for the Intermediate Classes.
Students learn how to analyze a horse's movement along with basic massage techniques to help with pain management, enhance performance, and improve your relationship with your horse.
Class sizes are kept small and everyone receives one on one time with professional equine bodywork practitioners or advanced students working on becoming professional bodyworkers. All students receive a digital 47 page workbook when signing up for their first class and we will continue working different sections from it in the follow up classes.
Students who have attended three or more of the two hour classes will have the option of hauling their horses to Mustangs To The Rescue for classes with an additional $10 haul in fee paid directly to MTTR.
Each class includes a $25 off session follow up with their own horse with professional equine bodywork practitioner Adriana Traum for those in the Bend area along with a variety of free sample products from Natures Rein.
