Creative arts therapy can be a powerful tool for personal growth and healing. Through the creative process in this experiential workshop, you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a non-verbal way and learn how to use these techniques with clients.

-reduce stress and anxiety, increase self-awareness and self-esteem, and
-improve communication and interpersonal skills.
This workshop will give you an introduction of using creative therapies in your work, as well as beginning strategies for use with clients.
Facilitated by Melanie Kilo
Registered Creative Arts Therapist and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Melanie has been in private practice at Phoenix Wings Wellness for over 10 years, focusing on her work with children and young people.
