Introduction to Cold Brew

Introduction to Cold Brew combines hand's on practice with group discussion to explore best practices for making cold brew at home. We will cover immersion brewing, the function of brewing cold, extraction principles, and start a batch of cold brew for each participant to take home. Our small classes guarantee that each participant will have the opportunity to learn by doing and receive one-on-one coaching from our facilitator.

By the end of class, learners will be able to -

- Explain how extraction and brewing cold impacts cold brew's flavor

- Brew cold brew independently at home

- Understand why and how to drain and filter cold brew

All classes take place at our roasting facility at 505 Meadowlands Drive, Unit 108 in Hillsborough, NC 27278. Wearing a mask is now optional.
