New to Pilates? Interested in learning and understanding Classical Pilates? Looking for low-impact movement to strengthen your core, support spinal mobility, and complement your yoga practice? Our Introduction to Pilates Series is perfect for you!Led by Power Pilates instructor, Megan Martino, you can expect:
• all beginner classical Pilates exercises
• step-by-step instruction to ensure proper form
• controlled core engagement
• proper breathing techniques
• classical Pilates sequence to gradually open the body.
Megan's thorough understanding of anatomy, comprehensive training, and detailed instruction will provide you with a supportive environment to learn Pilates. This series welcomes all fitness levels. Megan will provide modifications & suggestions for advancements if warranted as well as personal and hands-on guidance to facilitate your learning.
After the series, join Megan on Mondays from 5:00 - 5:45 pm for Mat Pilates!
