Introduction to Chakradance™ with Lynette Ruppert

Experience the healing power of Chakradance at the sacred Hanai Center, a nurturing space where you can soften, surrender, and drop into your own inner experience. Through dynamic moving meditations, you’ll gently reconnect with yourself and support your own inner healing.

During this 90-minute class, Lynette will guide you through each chakra using carefully curated music, guided visualizations, mandala art making, and intuitive, flowing movement.

Dancing the seven chakras is like moving through seven inner landscapes, each with its own meanings, lessons, and stories. In Chakradance, movements arise naturally as you surrender to the rhythm and energy of each track. It often feels like entering a waking dream. You may see images in your mind’s eye, recall memories, or receive insights. Emotions or physical sensations may emerge as your inner world begins to gently awaken.

No dance experience is required. Bare feet on warm wood floors. A full journey. Space to return to yourself.
