During this creative 4-week workshop, students will get hands-on experience experimenting with 4 different types of casting - Lost Wax, Sand, Splash, and Mitsuro Hikime wax.
Students will learn how to properly finish their cast items and turn them into pieces of jewellery.
This is a great opportunity to learn the basics on how to make jewellery using the casting process, from start to finish or if you have previous casting experience - you can finesse and strengthen your casting skills. Students will be given 30 grams of silver. Additional silver can be purchased if requested.
Workshop fee is $440+ tax which includes your 30 grams of silver. Workshop is held in our Barrie studio.
Students will leave the workshop with the 2-3 finished pieces of jewellery.
No experience required. Max 8 Students Recommended ages 16+
