About this Event
This class is perfect for absolute beginners, those looking to improve their penmanship and anyone who's interested in exploring a new form of art in a relaxed and fun environment. We'll cover the basic of copperplate calligraphy, show you how to connect letters and form your own words by tracing and free-handing throughout the class. You'll walk away with enough knowledge to use your brush markers properly and start developing your own style.
Class includes 2 hours of instruction and demonstration, our beginner’s workbook, three nibs with different flexibilities, black ink, tracing paper, a pen holder and an assortment of paper. Everything is yours to keep at the end of the class!
You are welcome to bring refreshments and class is recommended for ages 13 and up.
