We will cover budgeting, cashflow forecasts, and the benefits of maintaining up-to-date financial information for your organisation.
This is an introductory session aimed at smaller charities and social enterprises, without specialist finance staff, who are looking to develop their financial management and reporting.
The training will be delivered by members of VAST’s Community Accounts Team.
