Nalandabodhi offers in-person classes on core Buddhist topics. Introduction to Buddhism 101: The Life of the Buddha and the Spiritual Journey explores foundational teachings such as the Four Noble Truths, karma, egolessness, and the purpose of mindfulness practice.
This course lays the groundwork for further Buddhist study while offering helpful advice on applying dharma in your life.
Intro to Buddhism begins Sat., Sept. 20 and meets every second Saturday (11 am to 12:30 pm) at Maitrivana, 4610 Earles St., Vancouver BC.

Nalandabodhi's classes are friendly and interactive! Facilitated by experienced dharma practitioners, the course draws on profound yet accessible texts by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche, the spiritual friend and founder of Nalandabodhi.
