Introduction to Buddhism and the Three Jewels with Chris

Please join us for an introduction to Buddhism and Zen meditation! As we aspire towards the three jewels of Buddhist practice we will have a short dharma talk covering Buddhism and Zen 101, followed
by building our Sangha (community of practitioners) with metta and gratitude practices and finally, and most importantly, we have a group meditation practice. Open to all experience levels from long-time
meditators to those with no meditation experience.
*Please BYOMC if you have one (Bring your own meditation cushion). The yoga studio has limited supplies available.

A limited number of folding chairs will also be available for chair sitting.
