You heard about breathwork and it's many benefits for your wellbeing, inner peace and stress release but never done it? Try it out!
About this Event

Join us right on the sand, with the ocean breeze around us. This breathwork session is shorter than my regular group sessions, made for you to explore this modality.

For experienced breathers, come to get a fast energy boost and reset for an excellent start into the weekend. It is always a good idea to start the day connecting with your breath.

INTRO:

Let go of the week and embark on a conscious connected breathwork journey guided by Stephi's voice along with an elevating playlist that keeps you breathing, going and flowing for 35-40 min. Releasing tension, random thoughts, stress, confusion and anxiety from the body. The remaining time is used to introduce the breath technique to you and we reflect and share afterwards.

Participants say they feel light, like walking on clouds, relaxed and re-energized, and that it helped them faster than 10 years of talk-therapy. You'll feel 100% different before and after a session. TIME TO FLY :-)

Donation based ($20-$25)

The address will bring you to Marjory Stoneman Douglas Ocean Beach Park. Take the south entrance/path by 2nd street and go all the way to the beach.

Best is to uber or bike. Street is limited but available. Search for public parking signs.


What to bring:

- a blanket or towel

- comfortable clothes

- warm clothes, a blanket (can be cold in January)

- bathing suits to jump into the ocean afterwards

- water

- sunscreen

Most important – please do not eat within an hour before the breathwork session, or eat something light.

Breath is life and it is time to use the intelligence and power of your own breath. It is a life changing tool, through which you are able to de-stress on a deep level and to transform and heal thought patterns and beliefs that are obstacles in your way to inner contentment, calmness and a life of joy.

Let the breath take you inside and connect back with your body and heart. Allow yourself to feel. The breath quiets the Ego, which is actively throwing thoughts and worries at you all day long, most of them random and repetitive. Through the conscious-connected-breath technique I am trained in, we explore the subconscious mind where clarity and creativity flourish and where we can connect back to our intuition and pure love.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR BREATHWORK:

Breathwork is not recommended for people with:

- a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack

- high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis

- significant recent physical injuries or surgery

- severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications.

- unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms.

- Pregnant women (contact me for alternative breathing and which month your in)
