Introduction to Ayurveda with Tejal Swami

Join us to learn about the study of Ayurvedic Medicine. Tejal will give us a brief history of Ayurveda, go over the main principles, and discuss the key herbs and dietary practices of Ayurveda.

Growing up with Ayurvedic home remedies to professionally learning about Ayurvedic Medicine, Tejal found her passion. She discovered that the perfect way to be healthy is to be in harmony with nature. Tejal went to UCSB and received her Bachelors in Psychology. She then went to Southern California University of Health Sciences to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner. She currently has a growing practice here in Ventura!
