Join Cindy Rachilla 200 RYT on Saturday, June 8th for an Introduction to Ayurveda workshop.Delve into Ayurveda, a sister science of yoga, to learn about incorporating daily practices into your routine to help find ease in the body. Defined literally, Ayurveda means “life knowledge” and is among the oldest of traditional medicine systems worldwide.
During this workshop we will discuss 10 actionable habits ranging from how to start and end your day to self-care processes that enhance the senses. In addition, we will take time to find movement on our mats as well as exploring simple breath work and meditation. In addition, there will be a brief overview of dosha types, or energy forces, that are uniquely attributed
to each of us.
After completing this time together, you will take home useful practices to apply to your personal regimen, empowering you to feel more comfortable not only in your own body but also how you move through the world.
