This comprehensive training session covers Automotive Ethernet and 10BASE-T1S, providing you with the foundational knowledge and practical experience needed to tackle next-generation vehicle networking projects. After an introduction to Automotive Ethernet and its role in modern vehicle networks, you’ll dive into these key topics:

Automotive Ethernet Basics:

• Understand Automotive Ethernet and how it works using the OSI Model.
• Explore how it differs from legacy networks like CAN/CAN FD.
• Learn how Automotive Ethernet is driving the evolution of vehicle network architecture, paving the way for Software-Defined Vehicles.

Tools and Interfaces:

• Hands-on practice with tools like Vehicle Spy, Automotive Ethernet Media Converters, Active Taps, and Switches.
• Learn how to interface with Automotive Ethernet devices and networks.

Protocols and Applications:

• Introduction to key protocols, including TC10, XCP over Ethernet, and SOME/IP, and their real-world applications.

10BASE-T1S Training:

• Discover what 10BASE-T1S is, its motivations, and how it works.
• Understand how 10BASE-T1S is designed to replace CAN/CAN FD and enable next-gen architecture.
• Learn to interface with 10BASE-T1S using Vehicle Spy.
